What is a Raw Cake?

Not your traditional cake…but BETTER!

RAW
Raw desserts are never heated above 115°F/46°C. They are enjoyed cold from the fridge at a defrosted state. They are to be maintained refrigerated to prevent from melting.

Nutrients & Flavor
Always free from processed ingredients, gluten, eggs, dairy and refined sugars.
Not overtly sweet, nutrient dense and high in fiber, meaning, a small piece will satisfy your palate.

Raw Cake Deconstructed
The Base & The Creams
Decadent texture and/or chewiness will be found in the base layer, contrasting the silkiness of the cream layer.

Fermented/Cultured creams would be enjoyed in a cheesecake form, where a mousse consistency will be enjoyed on regular cream cakes.

Our Ingredients:

Raw & Organic
Highest quality Ingredients in their simplest form are used. Allowing each ingredient to bring its own charm to the table.

Nuts & Seeds
Always sprouted/activated in order to allow our bodies to absorb all the nutrients as well as ease of digestion.
Cashews are used in most our cakes, coconut ingredients are used in nut free cakes, and pure cacao products or are used for chocolate flavor.
In some cakes these ingredients can be omitted or replaced…example we use carob for those with Chocolate allergies.

Color & Flavor
 Natural color from real fruits and/or veggies. Superfood powders, like matcha, spirulina, maqui… can be used to enhance the flavor or color.
Artificial dyes or flavors are never used.
Fondant is never used.

Sweeteners
Only low glycemic index sweeteners are used:
Maple, Agave, Coconut Nectar, Medjool Dates, Coconut Sugar, Lakanto (Monkfruit, Erythritol, Xylitol)

6” round serving 8-10

8" round/square serving 12-16

9” round tart serving 12-14

We offer Custom Cakes which can include tiered cakes.

Individually portioned, “shooters”, for a beautiful dessert table are an option!
